Madamoiselle Renee

My new Great Mouse Detective OC. Her name is Renée. She's based partially on a character named Relda in the book, Basil and the Cave of Cats, from Eve Titus' original book series. Like Relda, Renée is an opera singer. But I've added some extra characteristics. When she isn't singing opera on stage, she's out looking for adventure...or sometimes taming cats. She has her own feline companion named Javier. She practically adopted him as her own when he was just a stray, orphaned kitten and trained him to see mice as friends rather than food. Since then, Javier has always been there for Renée when she needs support, transportation, or just someone to listen to her. Now, to describe Renée's personality, she's kinda like Esmeralda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, headstrong and sassy but also kind and compassionate. She and Basil eventually end up together as a couple. And Javier even learns to get along with Toby.
I'd love to make a fanfic with her sometimes. Maybe she could be a part of The Mystery of Phantom Manor.
